What the foundation is, what it is not.
What is the Quaric Foundation?
Quaric is a foundation carried by a collective. It lays the foundations of an end to end technological independence, from silicon to software, from the classical bit to the qubit. It is neither a product, nor a promise, nor a fundraising round.
Why speak of technological independence?
Any dependency that can be cut off by a third party is not a dependency, it is a leash. The Foundation exists to rebuild, over time, the missing pieces of a complete chain that asks permission from no one.
What does « the bridge between Bits and Qubits » mean?
It is the effort of continuity between classical and quantum computing. Making sure tools, languages, methods and people can move from one regime of computation to the other without loss of meaning.
Who carries the Foundation?
Quaric is carried and incubated by Koperateur Consulting, an independent engineering and consulting firm based in France. Quaric has existed since 2018 as work carried by a collective, and was officialised in 2026. Governance is collegial; its detail will be specified as commitments take formal shape.
How can one join Quaric?
Three ways: technical contribution (code reading, fixes, tests, documentation), institutional support (name, signature, governance), financial contribution outside fundraising logics. Every message receives a reply.
Does Quaric sell products or services?
No. As of this publication, Quaric does not offer any product or service for sale. The general terms of sale are published in anticipation, in accordance with French Commercial Code Article L.441-1 and Consumer Code Article L.221-5.
