The QUARIC word and figurative trademark was filed with the French National Institute of Industrial Property, INPI, on 27 March 2026, covering 4 classes and 26 designations. It is the exclusive property of the Quaric Foundation and its founder Julien Gelee. It notably covers the fields of software, IT services, publishing and training.
Any use of the QUARIC name, the QUARIC logo or any distinctive sign likely to create confusion with the trademark, by a third party, without prior written authorisation from the Foundation, constitutes infringement within the meaning of Articles L.713-2 and L.716-4 of the French Intellectual Property Code.
Authorised without prior written agreement: factual mention of the QUARIC name in a journalistic, academic or technical discussion context, provided no confusion is created as to the origin or affiliation with the Foundation.
Strictly prohibited: use of the QUARIC logo without agreement, registration of domain names containing the term QUARIC or similar, use of the name in a corporate or trade name, and any association with third party products or services likely to mislead as to origin.
Any authorisation request to use the QUARIC trademark must be addressed to contact@quaric.org, specifying the context, duration, geographical scope, and any other element useful to the examination of the request. The Foundation reserves the right to accept, condition or refuse any request, in compliance with the principle of proportionality.
Any abusive or infringing use of the trademark can be reported to contact@quaric.org or to security@quaric.org depending on the nature of the report.
