The Quaric Foundation commits to making its site accessible in accordance with the General Accessibility Improvement Reference Framework (RGAA) version 4.1, which transposes the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA into French law, and in accordance with the European Accessibility Act, Directive (EU) 2019/882, applicable since 28 June 2025.
The quaric.org site is currently undergoing an RGAA audit. The detailed conformity declaration, including the percentage of criteria met, will be published once the audit is completed.
The site is designed without blocking JavaScript, without dependency on a foreign cloud, without trackers. Contrasts respect a minimum ratio of 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text. Keyboard navigation is possible on all pages. Text alternatives are provided for all informative images. The HTML code respects W3C standards and uses semantic structure. Animations respect user preferences via prefers-reduced-motion. Dark mode respects system preferences via prefers-color-scheme.
At this time, some content may not be fully accessible: the manifesto page contains long text that can be tiring for prolonged screen reading, the manifesto PDF files are not yet tagged for screen readers, some subtle animations on scroll may disturb users sensitive to motion (the prefers-reduced-motion property disables them automatically).
If you notice an accessibility defect preventing you from accessing content or functionality on the site, you can report the issue to contact@quaric.org. The Foundation undertakes to examine the request and propose a solution within a reasonable timeframe.
If the response is not satisfactory, you can refer to the Defender of Rights, defenseurdesdroits.fr.
This declaration established on 3 May 2026. Evaluation method: initial self-evaluation in progress.
